PDF Page Organizer rearranges the pages of a PDF on a thumbnail grid: drag to change the order, insert a blank page anywhere, pull every page of another file in from the workspace, rotate and delete, and export the result as a new file. Every change is recorded in the “current arrangement” first, the original file stays untouched, and the result is produced when you click “Export current arrangement”.

Rotating, deleting and copying pages each have their own entry point but all happen on the same thumbnail grid. The difference from “PDF Merge” is the unit of work: merging joins whole files, organising interleaves single pages.

1. 01Add filesclick “Add file” at the top or drag a PDF onto the page; the file list on the left shows each file, and clicking one fills the middle area with its page thumbnails.
2. 02Drag to reorderpress on a thumbnail and move more than 6 pixels to start dragging, then release over the target position; a drag does not accidentally select anything. The toolbar shows “N pages, M selected” as you go.
3. 03Insert pagesunder “Insert pages” on the right, choose a blank-page size of “Match current page” or “A4” and click “Insert blank page” to add it after the last selected page (or at the end when nothing is selected); if the workspace holds other files, pick a source and click “Insert all pages from that file”.
4. 04Export“Export current arrangement” gives you <original-name>_organized.pdf, and the result card offers “Download again” or “Add to workspace”. To throw away every change, click “Reset to original arrangement”.

Accepted input

standard PDFs; a single file over 200 MB triggers a warning that processing will slow down and use a lot of memory

Encrypted files

with only the open password typed in you can view thumbnails and arrange them, but exporting reports “Encrypted — cannot be edited directly”; remove the password with “PDF Unlock” first

How the export works

selected pages are copied one by one into a new document, so the original bookmarks and document properties (title, author) are not carried over and interactive form fields may stop working

Insertion sources

only unlocked files in the workspace that have pages can contribute, and only all of their pages; to insert just a few, delete the unwanted pages in the source file first

What it does not do

it does not merge several files into one (use “PDF Merge”), does not split pages into several files (use “PDF Split”), and does not change page content or page size

Files are parsed, arranged and exported in the browser, page content is never uploaded to any server, and the data in memory is released when you close the tab.
