PDF Copy Pages duplicates pages inside a PDF: ten copies of a blank form page to fill in by hand, or the cover repeated at the end as a back cover. It is the “Copy pages” section of the “PDF page organiser” panel, a copy appears in the thumbnail grid immediately, it can be dragged or deleted like any other page, and it is only written into the file on export.

What gets duplicated is the page item in the arrangement, not a copy of the file content, so however many copies you add they take up no memory before export.

1. 01Select the pages to copy— click thumbnails in the middle area; several can be selected, or Shift-click a run of them.
2. 02Set the count and the position— in “Copy pages” on the right, drag the “Copies” slider (1–20) and choose where they go: “After the original page” or “At the end of the document”.
3. 03Run the copy— click “Copy selected pages”; the message “copied N pages × M copies, applied on export” appears and the grid gains the new pages straight away; a rotated page's copies carry the same angle.
4. 04Export— when the arrangement looks right, click “Export current arrangement” to download <original-name>_organised.pdf.

Input

standard PDFs; at least one page has to be selected before the button becomes available

Count

the slider goes from 1 to 20; a copy can itself be copied again

Size

every copy is written as an independent page on export, so a page full of images copied many times makes the file noticeably bigger

Encrypted files

an encrypted PDF needs its password removed with “PDF Unlock” first, otherwise the export is refused

What it does not do

it does not copy across files (to bring pages in from another file use “Insert all pages from that file” in the organiser panel), and it does not do N-up layout (that is “PDF N-up”)

The whole process runs locally in the browser and the file is never uploaded.
