PDF to PowerPoint carries a PDF into PowerPoint unchanged: every page is rendered as a JPEG image and placed on a slide as a full-page background. The slides look exactly like the original PDF, which suits projection, handouts or dropping into existing courseware — the price is that all the text and graphics inside the slides are images, so you cannot edit the words in PowerPoint.

It answers the need to “show this PDF in PowerPoint”, not to turn a PDF back into an editable deck. For editable text, extract it with PDF to Word and lay it out yourself; for image files alone, use PDF to image.

1. 01Upload a PDF— drag in a single file; the page count appears, and above 100 pages the tool warns that the PPTX will be large and slow to build.
2. 02Pick a render quality— 96 dpi (Fast), 150 dpi (Recommended) or 200 dpi (Sharp); the higher the setting, the larger every page image.
3. 03Generate and download— click Generate and download PPTX; the progress bar shows “Rendering page x/n” and then “Packaging PPTX”, and the finished file downloads under the original name with a .pptx extension, along with the slide count.

Output format

— each slide is one full-page JPEG (quality 0.92); text, graphics and links cannot be selected or edited.

Slide layout

— the deck is built from the first page's aspect ratio, 10 inches wide with the height capped at 3–20 inches; pages with other ratios are scaled, centered and given white margins.

Resolution and size

— a higher dpi is sharper but heavier (a page's longest edge is capped at 4,500 px); hundreds of pages at 200 dpi can reach hundreds of MB, so split the file first with Split PDF.

Input

— encrypted PDFs are not supported (use Unlock PDF first), and there is no page range: every page is converted.

What it does not do

— it does not extract editable text or graphics (use PDF to Word), does not keep bookmarks or links and does not write the old .ppt format; for image files of each page, use PDF to image.

Rendering and PPTX packaging happen entirely in your browser; the file contents are never uploaded to any server, and the data is released from memory when you close the page.
